APBI-ICMA (Asosiasi Pertambangan Batubara Indonesia - Indonesian Coal Mining Assosiation) is the organization of companies in the coal business sector and is non political and non profit oriented.

The association focuses on the participation of developing the business climate in the coal mining sector which enables the broadly involvement of all members. The other objective is to share a significant role for the national economic development. Its effort is to become a communication and a consultation forum among its members not only with the Government but also to work together with other associations, companies or any related parties domestically and from overseas for the sake of the Indonesian coal sector's development.

Mongolian National Mining Association (MNMA), a token of democracy in Mongolian mineral sector, was established in 1994. Mineral Law which acknowledged private investment in the sector first time was also passed and implemented.

Since its establishment MNMA have contributed greatly in mineral sector development and changes, and now it has grown in to publicly acknowledged nongovernment organization. MNMA’s objective is to actively participate in supporting and developing Responsible mining in Mongolian mineral sector, reflect our members’ opinion in government policies, serve and protect our members’ interests.

Since its establishment, MNMA represented its members’ legal rights and interests in Mongolia’s mineral policy, provided the public with concrete information, organized international as well as domestic conferences, seminars and trainings and provided other services. Examples of these are “Discover Mongolia” international investors’ forum and “MineTech” mining equipment producer, supplier and services’ exhibition.

Today we have international corporations, national mining and exploration companies, equipment providers, catering, geodesy, demolition, finance, insurance, and information technology services as our members. Also Processors, Geology, Drilling, Coal etc, professional associations are our members and we work as one for sector’s common interest.

MNMA is working to develop responsible, transparent and eco-friendly mining in Mongolia, also our other directive is to make Mongolian mineral sector same level as international mining community.

The International Mining and MineralsAssociation (IMMa) is the home for mining and minerals professionals in the UK and overseas. It provides the facilities and services required by today’s professional engineers and it is their voice to industry, government, the academic world and the general public.
